What we do

API 510

Pressure vessels

Internal, external and on-stream inspection. Shell and head MAWP from measured thickness per ASME UG-27 / UG-32, corrosion rate, remaining life and next-due interval per §6, nozzle t-min, PRD review.

API 570

Process piping

Circuit-based CML programs, UT surveys, B31.3 required thickness with the joint quality factor, class-based intervals, injection points and dead-legs, needs-inspection tracking that tells the truth.

API 653

Storage tanks

External and internal inspections, shell and floor evaluation, settlement and edge-settlement checks, roof and nozzle review, next internal / external dates per §6.3 and §6.4, U-1 and nameplate reconciliation.

API 936

Refractory

Refractory quality control for fired heaters, reactors and transfer lines — material, installation and dry-out witnessing against the specification.

Weld & fabrication inspection

WPS / PQR / WPQ review, fit-up and weld inspection, hold and witness points on the shop's own ITP, acceptance against the construction code, data books that close out clean.

Third-party & vendor surveillance

Shop surveillance and source inspection on the client's behalf — ITP inspection points, findings and punch lists, drawing markups, release to ship with the evidence attached.

Turnaround

Turnaround & run-and-maintain

Inspection scopes planned from the record — what is due, what is at risk, what needs a look while it is open — then executed and closed out in the same system, so nothing is lost between outages.

NDT, done in-house

Our own technicians, our own procedures written to ASME Section V and qualified to a written practice per SNT-TC-1A. The readings land on the asset record the same day.

UT

Ultrasonic thickness & shear wave

Thickness surveys on CMLs, corrosion mapping, and shear-wave examination of welds — calibrated to the block, recorded by location, trended against the last survey.

PAUT · AUT

Phased array

Phased-array and automated UT of welds with a scan plan built for the joint — beam coverage worked out over the real thickness and prep before the probe touches steel.

MT · PT

Magnetic particle & liquid penetrant

Surface examination of welds, nozzles, forgings and repairs — yoke and wet fluorescent MT, visible and fluorescent PT — with the lighting and technique checks the code asks for.

VT

Visual inspection

Direct and remote visual of welds, internals and fabrications against the acceptance criteria, with the photos and measurements on the record.

RT

Radiography interpretation

Film and digital radiographs read against the construction code and the job's NDE plan, with the disposition and the reader on the report.

VBT

Vacuum box testing

Tank floor lap and fillet welds, and bottom-to-shell joints, vacuum-box tested and documented for the API 653 record.

Training

Qualification & training

Method training, checkpoint quizzes and written qualification exams for NDT and API personnel, proctored and recorded — the same platform we keep our own people sharp on.

Reports

Reports that attach

Every NDT report carries method, procedure, technician, level and date, and is attached to the inspection point that called for it — not filed in a drawer.

How we work

Four rules, kept on every job. They are why the reports hold up.

Measured, not recalled

Every number in a report traces to a reading, a drawing or a data report. If we did not measure it or read it, it is not in the record.

We compute our own math

t-min, corrosion rate, remaining life and intervals come from the code formulas and the asset's own design data — never a vendor's "retiring limit" copied across.

The U-1 governs

When the original data report exists, every field on it is loaded — diameter, MAWP, material, design temperature, joint efficiency — so the allowable-stress chain is complete.

Signed by a person

Every sign-off carries the name and time of the person who did it. A finding is either closed with evidence or it stays open, on the list, in the data book.
