When the original data report exists, every field on it is loaded — diameter, MAWP, material, design temperature, joint efficiency — so the allowable-stress chain is complete.
Every sign-off carries the name and time of the person who did it. A finding is either closed with evidence or it stays open, on the list, in the data book.
